When applying for job opportunities or submitting your resume through our online portal, you warrant that all information, work authorization claims, and certifications provided are accurate and truthful. Ample Workforce never charges job seekers fees for application processing or job matching, adhering to Ontario and Canadian employment standards.
3. For Client Employers
Client enterprises engaging Ample Workforce for temporary staffing, temp-to-perm evaluations, or direct hire recruitment agree to provide safe, compliant workplace environments compliant with provincial Occupational Health and Safety Acts (OHSA) and WSIB regulations.
4. Privacy Policy & Data Collection
We collect personal information such as name, contact information, employment history, and certifications solely for the purpose of assessing candidate suitability and facilitating employment matches. We do not sell or lease your personal information to third parties.
5. LMIA & Immigration Disclosure
Ample Workforce provides recruitment advertising and employer matching services. Any immigration advice or LMIA submissions are processed through regulated Canadian immigration consultants (RCICs) or licensed legal counsel in strict accordance with IRCC regulations.
